Hello Again Michelle,
This listing would be OK if they will take $315,000.00, although I prefer a Town House, and Three Bedrooms.
BUT: If these folks will Come down 100,000K, then I'll sleep aboard my Cabo Rico if I see Both My Fine Young Men and their wives and Three grandchildren, all show up at the same time, which is most certainly what will happen. Chauncey Eduardo is an SPECIAL EDUCATOR with Three Masters and his Principal Certification completed also, while his Wife Tina is a Journalist turned Librarian Scientist. My other SON, Francisco Javier (Javi =pronounced as saying HI-V) just departed the Navy and is at Liberty University doing some Graduate Work, while Krista, Javi's Wife is the ARE DIRECTOR I think. She was the Art Director at Jacksonville University,Jacksonville,Florida when they made the move last month. Krista's Father is Doctor Don Fanning, The Missions Director at Liberty University. I am so very PROUD of all four of my Children. For they are all SAVED and walking with Christ. Both Chauncey and Javi plan to enter the Missions Field in a couple of years. OK that is all. I just thought you ought to know something about me. The Cabo Rico 38' Cutter is used for God's Work. I use it to OPEN the door (The Heart) to many Yachtsmen, who otherwise would never hear that Jesus died so that they might have Life Eternal.
