Kingwood, considered as area 32 to by the Realtor community, as of August 2008 had 150 new listings at an average list price of $250,802.  In August 92 real estate single-family listings were pending with an average list price of $206,513.  For the month of August, 107 homes for sale closed at an average sold price of $208,448.  The closed price compared to list price was a very favorable 97.52% and the average days on market (DOM) was 61.
