I have found a website that is absolutely incredible at educating you and your clients on your rights under the "Fair Credit Reporting Act".   The site offers a multitude of self help articles and template letters that you can send collection agencies, credit bureaus and creditors.  There really are ways for people to repair thier own credit as long as they take the time to do some research and follow up.
