You are cordially invited to attend our next Homebuyer Seminar on Saturday, September 20th.  Northern Virginia has officially transitioned to a buyer's market -- making it the right time to make your move and get educated on the homebuying process.  We'll be hosting a special Northern Virginia homebuyer seminar on Saturday, September 20, 2008 to cater to the increasing homebuyer demand.

The weekend lunchtime seminar will be held at the Flagstar Home Loan Center located at 8001 Braddock Road, Suite 101, Springfield, VA 22151 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Brian and mortgage lender and branch manager Scott Hardy will discuss the winning strategies for purchasing and financing a home in Northern Virginia.  In this educational seminar, Brian and Scott will guide you through the intricacies of the homebuying process and answer all your questions about the real estate market and mortgage loans.

Some comments from past seminar attendees:

"You presented excellent information in a very understandable way"

"I loved the good question and answer session and it was great that you guys were not pushy and trying to sell yourselves"

Some buyers think with the current lending requirements they may not be able to buy. Good idea to give them the straight scoop.

Good luck with the seminar.  From my experience, they have been a pretty big wash.  Although when you post here on AR people will still call you months after it has past asking if you will be holding another one!
