Okay.....this one I worked very hard on.......
THE NEW LOCALISM: Writing With the Local Stars
Is it worthy Rich?
Here is another mulligan from yesterday http://activerain.com/blogsview/678848/Can-we-please-clean that I think is a good idea for AR.
Here is one that I think would be a good practice for everyone that blogs to follow. I thought it was so important that I contacted the Society of Professional Journalists and talked with someone there.
Anyways here is that one http://activerain.com/blogsview/676043/I-heard-McCain-is
Thats all I have for now!
Thanks for taking a peek.
I thought this was a good one.... let's take another go round..............
Broker or Lender - are you kidding?
This one is short, but sweet.
Check out Mike from Tucson
Rich - here are a couple I thought worthy of the resubmit but then I am kind of close to the poster so I may be just a little bit on the wrong side of the fence to judge with any degree of impartiality
You and "YOUR" Propertry Tax Bill -- Who Takes The Biggest Bite?
You and "YOUR" Property Tax Bill -- Is Current Value Assessment (CVA) A Better Way?
Rich.... nice job with this one. I just read one that I think you featured from April of 2007. Well, here is one that I wrote that I thought was one of the better ones that I have ever written, with 69 comments, back in May 2007, and never featured. And in my honest opinion, this post probably couldn't come at a better time in today's market...
As PROFESSIONALS, we need to RAISE the bar & educate consumers......... thanks for the consideration... Jeff
Here is one I thought could be a featured blog -

Rich... not sure if you are still reading these or doing this.... but I gave one of my best none featured ones above... but here is one that got a lot of discussion for a non-feature. Business Card tips -- Part 2
Another good one that got some good discussion... Are you sucked into the Active Rain black hole? How many hours does one spend on AR....
Thanks for doing this.... jeff
Yikes, hope I am not to late. Been so busy haven't had a chance to do much of anything. Here is a link to a post I write a while back, Are you having a Bad Real Estate Hair Day ? Adjust your hat, it's time to play ball !!
Good job, Everyone! We'll probably run this again in the near future. In the meantime, keep working on your writing skills, and remember that Gold Stars are nice icing on the cake, but the real reward is when potential clients find you through your blog!
Rich,
.
Thank you for the featured post this morning! I am sending another submission, although maybe I shouldn't again, well here goes...be careful what you did.
Here is todays entry. I love this idea by the way. Reading my old blogs, and dusting them off is inspiring! You didn't miss the boat- It's back in Dock Jump On!
Still don't know if it's feature-worthy but thanks for a look at all these other primo posts above. I dusted off one of my old favorites from last December about lessons learned from a boom & bust cycle. Here it is:
Boom & Bust Cycles - A Real Estate Primer
Here is today's mulligan. i thought it was funny, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder " Do you find Home Depot to be Romantic"
This is my Thanksgiving Mulligan-"The Naked Blog"

My current blog post on saving energy...GREEN...saving money... Sounds like a good idea even if you are not sure it's as bad as it is, it's the right thing to do. THANKS for the opportunity.
Rich, what happened to your most recent mulligan do-over's post? i can't find it anywhere anymore.
I like this reblog! That was a great post. Now I need to go back and dig something out!
