I've closed two deals directly from Zillow this year. Yeah.... Zestimates are usually off, but who cares. I'm all about the free marketing:) Thanks for the post Louis... I'm gonna check it out.
The Jimi Hendrix Zestimate is not really his home but rather a place where he "often stayed"
I've seen a picture of Jimi when he was about 14 in front of his modest one story home.
Would be nice to see the Zestimate on that one!
I had no idea - gotta love all the time wasters out in cyberspace - definitely beats tv - most of the time.
