Mike.  Thanks.  There are only so many hours in a day.  I read a lot of AR posts, but I know I miss a lot too.

Jason.  Thanks.  You can read my articles while I read yours.

Gail.  Thanks for stopping by.  Enjoy the articles and I appreciate your comments.

Manolis.  Thank YOU.

Ellie.  Enjoy.  We need 40 hour days.

Paddy.  ReBlogging will recycle some good posts.  With the number of members it's hard to keep up and add new interesting writers to our subscribers.

Cynthia.  Thanks.  BTW, I did some research on Onslow County yesterday and your blog was well indexed.

Tim.  That's too funny.  ReBlogging a recycled post.  Hey!  Works for me.

Doreen.  Agreed.  There is so much good stuff on ActiveRain, no one could keep up.

Lenn, Can we ever find a honest  politician or investment banker any more.  When did $ become more important than people.  I'm with Amanda, lets go fishing.  AJ

Donna.  Thanks.  Shucks, maybe I should go back farther.  I haven't posted a compendium in months.  There are only so many features to go around.

Amanda.  Of course, you know that I carry two fresh water spinning rods and reels and my favorite fly rod in my vechicle at all times.  I'm ready.

Roberta.  Thanks.  Enjoy.  I enjoy writing them, or in some cases, venting.

Jim.  Thanks.  I'm up to date with your posts.  Sometimes I think I must know more about Atlanta real estate than Atlanta some Atlanta agents.

Lenn, great list of past articles. I especially was intrigued by the title that questioned IndyMac and Schummer. What a pair to draw to. Unfortunately, Schummer is still around.

Fred.  Thanks for dropping by.  We'll never get rid of Schumer.

His self interest is exceeded only by his sanctimony.

Of course, if McCain has his way, the cozy relationships with Congresspersons will end.  Without payoffs to special interests, a Congressional seat may not even interest members like Schumer.

Or, if he can't land something cushy, he'll be around longer than Byrd or Thurmond.

Patricia.  I don't do much review because I read so many daily, but not everyong is at their computer as much as I.  It's my job.

Thanks William.  I do believe in spreading the word with hard core stuff.

I just had a phone conversation with one of the brokers in my network and we decided that the "pent up demand" for housing would break in the Spring.

Cross your fingers.
