Writing Offers - More than just the price

Buyers, when writing an offer on a home that you wish to purchase, be aware that an offer is so much more than the price. Inspection and financing contingencies, amount of earnest money, closing date, Seller concessions, home warranties, etc, All of these affect how the Seller looks at your offer.

Having a Buyer's Agent who is knowledgeable in the art of negotiating is extremely important.
