Burlington Township's Newest Residents

Real Estate Consulant & Realtor Leander McClain, welcomes Burlington Township's newest residents; Capt Jermaine Boyd and family. Capt Boyd is a pilot currently stationed at McGuire Air Force Base.  Capt. Boyd  and his family transferred to McGuire from Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma.

During the transition period, Capt Boyd contacted Leander McClain a local Realtor ® who specializes in Military Relocation and residential real estate in Burlington Township, New Jersey.  Capt. Boyd indicated that he was looking for a Realtor® who would listen to his needs and handle all of the fine details.  Capt. Leander arranged to show the couple a variety of houses during their very brief house hounting trip.  The couple viewed homes in Bromley Place, Bridle Club, Oxford Place, Steeplechase, Sunset Ridge, Trellis Green in Burlington Township New Jersey.  During that trip, the couple was able to narrow down the many choice homes in Burlington Township, New Jersey.  Leander was able to negotiate the a final price that was $20,000 below the original asking price as well as several other seller concessions.
