Current Market Conditions: As the weather continues to improve, look for increased Buyer activity, especially for waterfront and view properties. This should help to encourage continued positive growth and improved property values in the Seabeck area. Meaningful progress is being made in the renovation and resurgence of Downtown Bremerton, especially along the waterfront. Rich- Looks as if you are seeing a slower market with more inventory this year.. we are seing the exact opposite.. very low inventory and back to multiple offers.. who knows where this market is headed...
