But the news is still mixed.

In Watkinsville the sliding 12 month sales figures have shown a steady increase in both the average and median sales prices of homes since May with the last two months averages above the figures from Jan. 1.

At the same time D.O.M. has increased by 16% (27 days) from 168 to 195 days and the number of units sold has shown a decrease of about 26%

Chris (or is it Maria?)  - it is still slow but prices appear to be holding and even increasing a bit.

Donald - that is something postive for sure, now, if we could just increase volume.

It is good to see the prices going up but not so good to see the DOM and units go down.  It would be nice if prices and units go up and the DOM drop by 20% but that is just me.  Sorta sounds like our area.
