AR Realtor Political Poll- Please Respond!

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Greenville Central

Many of you feel politics and real estate don't mix and I agree. We will however experience differently via both candidates. So I've decided to conduct an independent poll. I don't need diatribes on why the candidate you like will be best qualified. The basis of this is to see via AR since we have so many members, in an early prediction, who could be the candidate in Nov.

Here's the jist. I'm asking for you to respond to this blog with three pieces of information only. I will post the results on Friday.

The questions are:

1. Who will you be voting for (please also state if you're undecided)

2. The state where you reside

3. The key major issue for you in this election.

Politics and Realty have to mix on some facet. I personally find it extremely interesting to see how the brother and sisterhood of REALTORS react to this political campaign. After all, whoever wins will definitely have an impact one way or another on our business.

Which do you choose?

Not exactly a scientific poll, so the numbers wont mean much.

Holly, after being KICK out of my Hotel here in Chicago I would not vote for any body from ILL. Sorry we were promise a stay with no problem. I was staying and extended stay in Chicago due to Hurricane Gustav. This morning I was told there are no Room for my Family at that Best Western. IF the candidate is Representative of this area I can only wonder what he would do in a National Emergency. So I have decide NOW! I need a leader for all not just change. Read my future post. I will do my part.

My decision is made and Sarah Palin helped cement that.  She is a woman who speaks from the heart and head.  She will compliment McCain's election and just maybe seal it for him.

Obama is going to raise Capital Gains tax, and I am voting for McCain/ Palin  with NO REGRETS.  From a Former U.S. Marine who worked for Naval Intelligence I can truely relate to John McCain and what he stands for.  I live in Oregon,  and the main issue I look for is  reducing taxes and the size of our government.  We have been in need of that for years.  Too much spending is the reason for our buget deficit.  I recently read an article about a group that was given a 5 million dollar grant in order to study the hibernation habits of bears, and another huge grant for a group to study Cow Poop.   Like we could have done without that information  :-)

Hi Holly:

I'll be voting for Mccain.  I live in Sacramento, and the major issue for me is conviction.  I have a much better sense of where Mccain stands, and why.  I don't have the same sense from Obama
