Well Russ.  Over 200 clients buying for over 5 years and continuing to buy to this day can't be all bad.  We must be doing something right.  I appreciate your skepticism, but our market hasn't experienced anywhere near the dramatic swings of others like it. 

And our ability to purchase large lots of homes at drastically reduced prices, allows us to put our clients into homes with 30% equity or more on strong rental properties that bring in $10,000 or more in gross rental income. 

Considering that on average they are purchasing houses for $40,000 - $50,000, it represents a sizable return on investment and we manage the entire process for them. We don't buy anything that we wouldn't own ourselves (we own over 200) so the homes are in good areas, good schools, with good tenants.
