The LinksHarbour Village. 172-acre development with 104 acres that will not be developed, with over a mile of elevated walkways, Harbour Village is the only large development in a quaint town of Ponce Inlet on the southern tip of the Peninsula. There are no bridges to mainland, and all roads end there. No transients, not hotels/motels, just residential areas with restaurants and marinas dotting the Intracoastal shoreline on the Eest, and pristine white sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean on the East. The 721-unit development spans from the Intracoastal to the Atlantic Ocean, consists of several smaller communities:

1. Rivers Edge 6 buildings with garages on grade level on both sides of the harbour with State-of-the-Art reinforced concrete 142-slip floating dock system ending with the Clubhouse, restaurant, heated large pool, Jacuzzi. Residents enjoy the spectacular view of the harbour. 184 condo-units in the community.

2. Riverwalk with two buildings totaling 111 condo-units plus just over a mile of elevated walkways over the wilderness and with a gazebo and fishing deck on the Halifax River.

The Links4. Oak Hammock Estates. 18 estate homes forming its own gated enclave with unsurpassed privacy and beauty.

5. The Links. This gated community consists of 2 seven-story cloverleaf-style towers with a circular multi-level garage in the center, allowing you to drive to your floor, with 4 residential wings. 376 two- and three-bdr condo units with gorgeous views of the ocean, or the river. Each has one outdoor and one indoor pool. Adjacent to lighted tennis courts, these two towers are surrounded by Gary Wintz' designed par three executive 9-hole gold course offering varying levels of challenge to all golfers (the only one in Ponce Inlet).

This is where I live for 3 years now, this is the place that I really love, and it will be my pleasure to show you how beautiful could this be for you whether as primary residence or as a vacation condo. And today's prices make this very lucrative.

Here's a slideshow about the Harbour Village, located in qauint Ponce Inlet, a terrific place to live. Trust me on that, I live here.

Hi Jon:

Great post! Another great way to get exposure for your listings is by posting them on Viscape.com,a social marketplace for vacation homes where you can drive leads to your real estate business for FREE. Viscape's Web 2.0 technology will make other vacation sites obsolete: http://viscape.com/properties/wizard/start.

Thanks for the great blog.

Jon,

THey have a lot of activities. There are ladies' golf day, there are men's golf days, group pool activities, and a lot more. WHat I like about it this is not just another retirement community, and you see younger people and kids (still no that many) there. This is a large comples, over 700 units, and this is a vibrant community, Yes, a lot of owners are using their properties as vacation properties, but with the prices going up, there will be more an more of those who live there permanently.

Terrific place to live, no questions about it.

Vadim - a great place, really. Especially now that we knopw that there can't be another project like this or just another project period. The height limit of 35' will only allow 3 story buildings, this could work for single family homes, but it impossible to create another community with over 700 units. This was the last one in Ponce Inlet.
