LENDERS can mine expired listings for deals! Mine "withdrawns" too, because they wanted to sell...but often will settle for a refi. Tons of business there. I'll be adding that in to the expired kit,and working that kit so it's great for lenders too, and of course a lender giving deals to a realtor is a great way to keep that relationship tight.
