Hello All, and I would like to personally thank each and every one of you for joining this group!  I admit that it has not been managed well for some time since I took a sabbatical from Active Rain in order to attend to some other areas of my life.

Now that "I'm back", I really need to get this group back to its original intention and that is to extoll the virtues of staging those vacant houses and the newly constructed homes.  As a result, I am going to have to remove some posts, and I'm really sorry for that!  I applaud everyone's enthusiasm in writing and posting and don't want to have to do this, but unfortunately, that is the purpose of having specific groups...they are created with the intention of focusing on a certain aspect of buying, selling, or prepping houses for sale.

I hope that those affected will understand.
