Hello,
I have a client that has a collection for a “What’s In Your Wallet” card from 12/07. Her ex-boyfriend took the card from her without her knowledge from her purse and charged it up. She didn't recognize it was gone because she never used it. The bills were going to her mom's house so she never got them. How can I help her with this? Does she need to file a police report?
