The world’s tallest building is continuing on its path up into the Dubai sky, and has now reached a height of 688 meters! Already having broken most records out there, the building is still increasing in size, currently standing at over 160 stories! Many Dubai residents have watched with awe as this spectacular tower has shot up at an impressive rate, and it now dominates the Dubai skyline.

Built by Dubai developer Emaar, the Burj Dubai is set to become a new landmark of Dubai’s continuingly prosperity and innovative real estate projects, and is already recognized around the world. It is probably no surprise therefore that freehold real estate in such a landmark property does not come cheap but has caused a frenzy in buyers and investors flipping to sell Dubai property in the burj. The final height of the building has not been released by Emaar but they have announced it will be over 700 meters! But at its present height of 2,257 feet, it certainly seems tall enough already!

Featuring the world’s first Armani Hotel, plus apartments designed by Armani, the interior of the Burj Dubai promises to be as impressive as the building itself. There will also be numerous restaurants, cafes and leisure facilities for residents here, plus a viewing deck, to take advantage of the surround views. Apartments here will feature some spectacular views out over Dubai, and have become some of the most sought after freehold real estate in the world. And all this attention, and it has yet to reach its final height. As it continues to approach the 700 meter mark, you can rest assured that this is one building that will not be leaving the headlines any time soon!
