Getting Motivated!

I went to the Tim Ferry Tag Event this week and got motivated. Tim said we need to get back to the basics and make as many phone calls as we could every day. We went on a 20 min break and were expected to set an appointment. I made two phone calls and set one appointment to meet with a seller and talk about a price reduction. The next day I met with the sellers and got the price reduction.

 The next day I called all my sellers and started calling past clients that did not buy last year. Friday I met with buyer as signed disclosures on a property that will close in two weeks. I met with a buyer and write and offer, met with two sellers that has listings that were going to expire and got them to extend the listings and got both to do price reductions. I was about to go into the office and received a phone call asking me if I would pay a referral fee for a buyer referral. "I said all day long!" 

 I went into the office and another buyer called and I wrote an offer for them allso.

 I guess I just wanted to tell everyone to get on the phones and make appointments.
