Hi Joe - What an impressive house, looks like a good size lot as well. Hard to believe how much pricing has been reduced. Best wishes for a speedy sale and a cooperative bank. I like how you were able to use your P2 site to advertise this on A|R - I'm going to try it as well. If I have any questions, I'll give you a call :-)
