Row House - Under Contract in Twelve Days - Multiple Offers!

I know I am singing to the choir when I say Staging works! This lovely row home went under contract for full price in twelve days. The seller received three offers, two for the full price!

Now that's effective marketing!

Hey Anita, Don't you love row homes? It makes me miss home (Baltimore). This one looks pretty spacious. Congrats on a quick sale. I really like that coffee table.
