I hope someone it listening. Many web sites are so frustrating ... They advertise, but don't listen. And try getting someone on the phone or getting a clear response by email. They should at least leave a message that says: Personal service has left the building. ~ JC

This is such a great video! In a very simple and engaging way, it puts on the table where "advertising" has fallen short. Consumer expectations have definitely changed, but very few businesses seem to have noticed. Traditional advertising really doesn't meet the consumers need to have a two way conversation about their expectations. Awesome!

This was very well done and an important reminder that connecting with a consumer means much more than just advertising.  Especially these days, the consumer/professional relationship is really a 2 way street.
