At present I have a client that wishes to sell some acreage in Acapulco. My client has been appointed custodian and has special power of attorney. All fees will be paid in accordance with I.R.E.S. fee structure.
Here is an example breakdown of fee to be paid;
Co-Brokers 2= 2.5% each
*Promoting Agent (Procuring Agent)(s) = 2%
Buyer's Agent (Selling Agent)= 3%
*Promoting Agent can be anywhere in the world, if their promotion effects produce a buyer, their efferts are thus compensated.
