That is a huge range. Is the market moving more now? 62 DOM is not bad. I hope you have a huge ending to the year! GBU!

Elizabeth - It is a huge range and that's one of the great features of Morris Cove. It's a wonderful little shoreline community that runs along Long Island Sound with a wide variety of home styles some right on the water but the majority within walking distance of Long Island Sound. It's the place I call my home!

Donna, I like how you included a map along with your report on Morris Cove! ;-)

Teri - Thanks! I was so excited today when I figured out how to do this so I could better identify the Morris Cove area to anyone who might not be familiar with it.

Donna, so how DID you get the map? Was it on Google? Truila? ????

Teri - I got the map right from my MLS. In my MLS, you can pull up a map view of the selected properties which is what I did for the Morris Cove area, then I hit CTRL-Alt and the Print Screen button at the same time. Then I opened a separate window to access my Publisher program and pasted the map into a Publisher file, saved it as a jpg. file and then cropped the image with my photo editing program and uploaded it to my post. Took me all of about 5 minutes to do.

Donna, wow, that's impressive. I think we have that option as well. Great job figuring it out. ;-)

Very creative way to present the listings - and needed with higher inventory in the high price ranges.
