Clearwater Beach - Home to Amazing Sunsets and Sugar White sand.
Last night I took some time to relax and get together with some girlfriends and hang out at my friend's home on North Clearwater beach.
As I watched it approach the time for the sun to begin to set (around 7pm) I noticed the sky was quickly changing colors as a rain storm was threatening to blow in.
Well the rain never made it to us but the sun turned an amazing red color and it reminded me of the old sailor's adage: Have you ever heard this one?
Red skies at night ~ Sailor's Delight; Red Skies in the morning ~ Sailor's warning! Now the best part was that this was Friday 
night March 30th, the night before the Ford Ironman Triathalon, the last day of Spring Break for the Clearwater and Pinellas County locals, the height of tourist season....
Why did I remind you of all that? Because just look at the view from the beach house porch on North Clearwater Beach! We had the whole beach to ourselves. Can you believe it?
I actually did see a few people out to the North, but for all intensive purposes - we did have the whole beach all to ourselves.
People don't realize that private beach views like this are still available. Clearwater Beach has some great homes and a few condos both on and off the beach.
