Bryan had a brisk start to the busy season this month.  60 closings were on record for Bryan listings.  Of these, the most expensive was a 3,373 square foot home featuring 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with a 3 car garage.  Located in Park Meadow it was a beautiful home in a great neighborhood.  It was listed at $385,000, and sold for $375,000 in a total of 97 days.

The least expensive was a foreclosure home listed at $25,500 near downtown Bryan.  It was a home being sold "as-is" that was 3 bedrooms, 2 baths.  It sold for $14,500.  Quite a diffence between list price and sales price.  I didn't show it, but it had to have been "interesting!"
