College Station in March

Well, Bluebonnets aren't the only thing blooming in College Station this month!  The market has really gone into full bloom!  82 listings sold in March with the most expensive being listed for $599K.  It was a patio home in Castlegate that was on the market for 60 days and was 3025 square feet.  It sold for $557K.

The least expensive was a condominium that had 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths.  It is located on the shuttle route and was 1024 square feet.  It was listed at $72,900 and sold for $70K after 148 days.
