Morgan I'm assuming your speaking for California as the market is not experiencing the fallout like you are in all areas of the country. I speak specifically about TEXAS we are on an upside and expect to be for another 4 years or so. I reading the postings of others I see where there are other areas that seem to be clicking along also.

Florida chiming in...now is a GREAT time to buy here. Market values have adjusted downward and there are some good buys to be had...increased market activity would suggest that this is a more common opinion amoung the 1200 people a day moving into the area.
