How to do get along with your neighbors greatly affects your life. The adoption to the instant gratification and quick service has made us indifferent and insensitive to our surroundings. Many new deceases are directly linked to the fact that we stay barricaded and shut down from any external communications that do not provide instant satisfaction.
We should be more social and curious in a constructive way in order to grow. Deceases such as obesity, mental depression, and others will subside if we learn to live the way our ancestors did without TV 24/7, McDonalds and other harmful distractions.
