Play well and you are duly rewarded. Fail to apply yourself and you are duly penalized. The real life game works remarkably like the board game...

Here are two real life examples of "Countryside Acres" and "Millionaire Estate", the cheapest and the most expensive homes sold in the Myrtle Beach Area during August.

The least expensive home was originally on the market for $ 14,900 and sold in August for $ 10,000. It was a 1BR/1BA mobile home under 1,000 sq. ft. on leased land.

The most expensive home sold during August was originally on the market for $ 4,375,000 and sold for $ 3,900,000. It was a 6BR/6.5BA on .62 acre. Located Oceanfront on The Peninsula at Inlet Point, with the creek in the backyard, complete with a boat dock. Not too shabby... That owner played the game of LIFE quite well...

Quite an interesting contrast! Also what you exhibited was what is going on in the true market right now. The Highs and the Lows are selling but the middle is pretty stagnant
