This is D  and I have been advised to speak with you on behalf of the arrangement OSCAR has made in regards to Sage.  Normally this is something I never would need to do as I have released full authority to Oscar and Chris to handle this situation.   I believe Oscar has been working very diligently for months now to come to a win/win solution over this matter.  I Believe the current opportunity is far better than would have been expected for the lender in my situation.  Please move forward on the aggreements with my permission.   Thank you for your concerns.  Sorry that I was unable to continue payments on Sage.  This opportunity seems far better than foreclosure in which i am currently having  foreclosures on other properties in Oregon and California.

I just spoke with the loss mitigator at First Horizon. They have the two mortgages for Sage.

This is the situation. I have provided all that they requested and on time. For some reason they want you yourself to contact them. The lady says that the contact needs to be directly between you and her. That is despite the fact that I have an authorization to release information. That is the document that authorizes me to speak with her for everything about the transaction. Basically in addition to talking to me they want to talk to you. For this, Chris's power of attorney will not work either.

I told her that you were serious about resolving this matter and that I was going to email you about her request ( that is this email). I do not know what she wants from you. You do not need to speak with her via voice. Email is OK. Below is her info.
