Don I was always curious how this system works. Maybe you can email me and enlighten me sometime. I have the cash flow to buy peoples homes just not sure I would want to :)
This is the system that Craig Proctor, a Remax agent from Newmarket, OT, Canada has peddled for a number of years. It is an interesting idea that may grab a seller's interest. I attended several days worth of seminars two years ago and if you really embrace the concept as he tells you to, it may work in your market. It looks like Don has certainly adopted this and from what I see, he has done an outstanding job of conveying the correct message. I would be interested to see though, if it has translated to much closed business, when you put it side by side with more traditional methods of marketing. Good job though Don.
