Do you have any printing advices?  When I use glassy paper I get great popping photos, but it takes forever to print and sometimes the front of one bleeds and smears on the back of the one above it.

Paper type if you are using an ink jet??

Hi Ardell,

Great question, im sure more people will have this question so i will try to answer it as best as i can:

Desktop ink jet printers tend to do that on glossy paper with images with lots of color. Essentially the paper is less absorbent (the smearing is because the ink needs longer to dry) and yes, it takes forever! (I know this from personal experience) I have one at home and I use paper with a matte finish or just regular paper, not as popping but no smearing.

Try different paper weights as well, a heavier piece of paper can also have an impact on people (feels more expensive, higher quality).

May I suggest if you are printing more than a few flyers, in the interest of your time (waiting for the flyers to print, and having to reprint more if some are smeared) and money (ink for ink jetters gets expensive fast) you can save the Guru Real Estate Flyers to a memory stick, CD, etc and take it to your local printer (Kinkos for example). They have the equipment to quickly print your flyers on glossy paper.

Thank's for the great question!

Thanks for sharing! I do work with some realtors who are great dealing with people but are not into making their own fliers, etc, so I can help them out with this, but I was wondering as an LO, would you be able to configure it for mortgage people for sample scenarios, etc?
4:31am • #16

Thank you so much for sharing. I will check out your site now.

Thanks,

Dave

Hi Shane,

Don't think its configurable to the way your thinking - i think it would just be a matter of testing...

Is there a way to load the flyers onto your own website?
8:20am • #26

Hi Aubrey,

You can download the pdf and then try that way, or you can just simply put the flyers link on your website.

Is that what you meant?

Great! I am very excited to look at your site! I am always using Publisher and I never use the same thing twice! I can't stand their flyers, so I design my own, and that just takes too long!

Hi Rosemary,

You can print the flyer by clicking on the jpg button we provide in the design section -

You can then insert that jpg you downloaded for printing in your AR post.

In your conditions it says "we have 14days to try and after that theres some kined of purchase?"

I like your templates.  Will you be adding any that are not specifically for properties (i.e. for services or mortgage)?

Maybe I'm misunderstanding your offer and earlier comments that the flyers are free, so please clarify.  On your site it states only the first 2 flyers are free?  In your earlier comment on how you make money you touted you can make as many as you want?  What am I missing?  Buz
