Dallas and Collin County Tax Appraisal Assessments

Tax appraisal assessments will be going out the first week of May. If you do not have your papers from the County Central Appraisal District by May 8, you need to call and check your values.

In Dallas County, you will only receive a notice if your assessment has changed from the previous year. Do not assume that not receiving one means your assessment wasn't changed because it could have gotten lost in the mail. CALL!

All Collin County residents will receive their assessment whether there was a change or not.
