I will have to remember to prepare as well. I would want someone to see the value in dealing with me.
Good advice guys..... i think the consumer can smell your bullshiznit a mile away.. i have no problem saying "i don't know" i think you get more respect saying that, then not..
Tony and Darcy - honesty is always the best policy it is better to be honest about being unprepared than it is to fluff your way through and then get found out later
So very true. I did exactly as you did when I was first starting out, but now those extra two minutes of preparation is something that I just won't skip.
