Well New Orleans survive a passing blow from Hurricane Gustav. Hurricane Gustav proved that the city and region can with stand and or levee which were suspect may do the job. Much work is need to bring all the levee to current standards.This brings real estate to the forefront. Now is the time to come home. Prices of property in the Greater New Orleans will never again be lower. In St. Bernard, the investor who enter the market 3 years ago, are ready to cash in. Gustav showed that the entire area will rebuild and return to Pre-Katrina status. The New Orleans area offer a sporting community:New Orleans Saints, New Orleans Hornets, LSU and Tulane Football. In addition to the sports New Orleans when rebuilt will return to the ranks of being a Medical Community.
