We survived Hanna last night. Things were definitely rockin in the early morning hours as the wind howled. I lost power this morning as we heard what sounded like a transformer blowing up. No power meant no coffee, so I headed to the office for my java. Late yesterday evening I took some pictures and shot a little video as people were getting ready for the storm. All is well here at the coast. The most damage I saw this morning were roofing shingles missing and some siding blown away.

Turn up your volume.

Glad to hear all is well down there. All we had was a little rain here. Great video by the way.   Mark

Hey Steve glad everything is okay your way. Really nice video too. Looks like the other two storms are going towards the Gulf. I hope you are keeping Doug busy!  Take care.

Steve, glad you and yours are safe. Just wind here on Topsail, not much rain and it was back to business as usual on Saturday. Whew!! Now, if our Florida and Gulf states friends can be as fortunate with Ike.
