A BLOW-UP Biker Dude in Maggie Valley Turned My Head.

By
Real Estate Agent

This weekend is the Thunder in the Smokies Rally here in Maggie Valley, presented by Handlebar Corral.  There are beautiful bikes everywhere you look, and hungry, thirsty bikers and their babes filling our restaurants and motels. The sounds, of course, are delicious... vroom, vroom!

Since this is the last fall that our Wheels Through Time motorcycle museum will be located here in Maggie Valley, the Museum is attracting fans from all over for a last visit before the Museum closes its doors in Maggie Valley on November 30, 2008, and starts packing for the trip to its new home 'out West.' According to their website:

"The Wheels Through Time American Transportation Museum in Maggie Valley, North Carolina has announced plans to open its final exhibit at its Smoky Mountain location highlighting the history of motorcycle police in America. The museum, which houses the world’s premier collection of rare and historic American motorcycles and unique automobiles, will open the 60-day exhibit, Motorcops: A 100 Year Love Affair Between Police and the Motorcycle, on September 26, 2008."

The Perfect Biker Dude!

Susie - Through my life I have owed 3 BMW motorcycles, 1 Triumph, and a Harley. Now I own a BMW touring Bike and I am working on getting another Harley. But I have never seen a motor cycle quite like this, great photo. Where have you been hiding Susie?

Susie, Does his ego get inflated every time he does?  Most bikers do as I am an old biker...  LOL

Maggie Valley and this biker dude, what a winning combination! Since the museum will be closing its door, what will happen to Biker Dude.  I have the perfect place for him at Copperhead Lodge in Blairsville.  LOL

THat's pretty funny! Wasn't he a Santa at one time? I haven't ever owned a bike but both my brothers have. Dad didn't allow me on one when I was young and it always stuck with me that he wanted to keep me safe.

Jeff, nice to see you.  The museum really is interesting, even to a 'girl.'

Steve, he's just a big-ole-boy who loves his NC b-b-q.

Robert, I don't hide, I'm just a hermit and a realtor wanting to be a photographer/writer.

Michael, some things get inflated, others deflated!

Bill, love my stalkers!!  Thank you for your attention.

Hal, probably just as well.  So darn dangerous to ride on the highways.

Donna, I will let you know if Biker Dude needs a home!

Lizette, he COULD easily transition to Santa now that you mention it!  Thinking of how our Daddys tried to keep us safe is  SO SPECIAL!

We actually saw this blow up like this for sale in Myrtle Beach while we were at a fall bike rally. We almost bought it for our Christmas display in our front yard.
