My terrific job over the last 20 years has been mostly in finding homes in San Clemente for people who come here from all over the United States.  The reasons that they come here to San Clemente are many.

Most come here to live near a new job they have just taken in Orange County's robust economy. 

Some come here because they are retiring and some just want a second home where it is warm and near the ocean; perhaps one that they can rent for a while and then, after a few years, move into and live out their retirement days.

I actually enjoy working with buyers as much as I do with sellers, whereas many real estate agents think only of getting more listings, listings, listings and shove the buyers off on assistants.  I never do that. 

I love to see buyers so totally thrilled when they find the home that they have been looking for in San Clemente or nearby in South Orange County. They are filled with joy with what they have found and I love to see a whole family elated with the prospects of a new home. 

Even the children begin redecorating their rooms in their minds so that the entire family becomes caught up not only in the mechanics of finishing the escrow, but actually in preparing to more their goods into the home.

Truly, buyers are fun for me to work with.
