Good to see there is an Exit office in the Bronx. If you have anyone moving to the Charleston, Dorchester or Berkeley County area of South Carolina I would appreciate the referral. I'll treat them as my own and reciprocate with any referrals headed north.
Presently I have a need for buyers that would like Ocean Front or second row homes on the Isle of Palms. These homes are new construction, over 3,000 sq ft listing between 1.9M to 3.2M. Referral rate is normally 25% here, buyers agent commission usually at 3% of sales price.

I am from Exit Realty Professionals in Brooklyn, New York.
I am formally from the Bronx, NJ - specifically the South Bronx 1959 - 1983. I am currently living in Southern New Jersey - right out side of Philadelphia, PA. I am with Exit Realty of Cherry Hill.
I was just at the Sponsoring Worship with Reyes from Queens. She has sponsored 135 real estate agent in the last 4 years. The workshop was awsome. You guys have her in NYC so I recommend you hook up with her training ASAP.
Also you should consider joining the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. The NY, NJ and PA Chapters are hosting a conference in Atlantic City on January 23 to 24, 2008.
