So what is that smell?

Could that be the real estate market heating up? I hope so. Already in Central Ohio I have seen showings pick up since Labor Day, and have had more inquiries into my listings. I think the novelty of buying a foreclosed home has gone away as people are realizing that they are not going to give those homes away for free, and vacant foreclosed homes have issues.

Might be a good time to get out and look at some of the bargains in your market before they go away!

The number of homes sold here has increased for the past two months over 2007. Prices continue to drop, which is actually good because more people can afford to buy a home. Now if the financial mess will quickly play itself out, we can get back to business.
