It seams fractional ownership is taking on some speed so I think I will be starting a Q & A on that as well for everyone who is curious about just how it works.  If this is something that you think would be beneficial please comment here on anything in particular you would like to see discussed.

I'm interested in learning more about fractional ownership. More importantly, I am interested in learning about investing in properties to be sold in fractional shares.
