REALLY!

Closing of the week last week. I had a VA loan close Tuesday September 2, 2008. I little about the loan:

1. 590 mid credit score.

2. 100% financing with VA funding fee then rolled on top.

3. Aggressive interest rate with competitive closing costs.

4. No PMI, obviously VA loans don't have PMI.
