I got my letter today, "Congratulations on obtaining your BROKER license."  I took the additional classes and my test in August. 

  Of course, I now have 3 years to complete an additional 120 hours of approved post license real estate education.  I think I'll get my CRS or GRI or both.

 With the constant changes that occur in laws, rules or policies, I was really glad I decided to complete my broker requirements.  The updated information on these items are always needed.
