Yes we have access to listed foreclosures and pre-foreclosures.  We do want to inform you that many foreclosures are in need of lots of work. The previous owners often leave the property damaged or in dire need of work.  Most foreclosures also have to be purchased "As Is" so no inspection can be done and no items that need repair/replacement can be asked for.  This includes termites, roof leaks, foundation problems, electrical problems, etc.  A buyer must be very careful when purchasing these types of properties.  Most of the time when we start showing buyers foreclosure properties vs other resales they elect to go with resales where they have more purchase options and more protection.  A deal on a foreclosure could end up not really being a "deal" once the buyer finds out about potential major problems with the home.  Many times builders or contractors will purchase the forecloses since they can do repairs themselves.  Either way, we will be happy to show you both types of properties and explain all the ups and downs.  Thank you for your question.  Feel free to call us at 770-856-4900!
