They REALLY LIKE ME!!!!

Sometimes when I am feeling a little beaten down I like to pull out the letter some past clients wrote to my broker.  It came one day, totally unexpected and unsolicited.   Too often we get the complaints of frustration from our sellers as their houses lanquish too long on a slow moving market. These particular sellers had not said a thing to make me think that they were in any way SATISFIED with my performance as their listing agent.  This letter blew me away!  It is a nice reminder to me that this IS a service industry and that our efforts DON'T go unnoticed.
