We're designing our first paid ad in our farm area's HOA newsletter.  It's going to be a full-page ad and starting with this issue, will be emailed out in PDF format.  We're sharing the cost with a lender, so they are going to use part of the ad. 

We would really like to do something creative and interesting....and maybe it's the dreary weather here today, but we are just not coming up with anything unique. We do own a website for the community....maybe we can somehow tie in some kind of contest or game??
