Please Help the Virginia Beach SPCA

The Virginia Beach SPCA recently reached out and took in 100 dogs from the Whispering Oaks Kennel in Parkersburg, West Virginia. There were over 1,000 dogs from Whispering Oaks that were spread out around the country. The SPCA needs volunteers and money. I saw this story in the news and wish we could take one. We just aren't in a position righ now to do it. As soon as things level out a bit we will be adopting.
