This is one information-packed post! Great job explaining all the features and benefits to owning and using an iPhone.
what amazing features
Martin,
Giving the consumer what they want is key to success in this market.
ANd being nimble and able to adapt as an agent is the other side of the coin.
IPhones may be hot now, but if 2.0 has shown us anything, it is that no one piece of hardware, software or social network is monolithic.

I was looking at this app on the Apple web site last week. There are a few real estate apps on there. Trulia is one of the more popular ones.
The Trulia App is a GREAT tool, esp since many MLSs are syndicating leads to Trulia. I described a great scenario in my blog at http://blog.theshulergroup.com//2008/08/power-in-the-pa.html and this type of application will revolutionize real estate and should be a wake up call to all agents slow to adopt new technologies.
While not "monolithic," the iPhone to date is the most valuable mobile tool for the real estate professional and has touched off a new race for mobile devices.
The Home Staging App is very helpful, too, and a proven marketing tool that many "skillful" Relators offer :>) Thanks for your support, Martin!
Hi Martin!
Thanks for a great overview of our iPhone app. Feedback from both consumers and agents thus far has been amazing and we're soaking it all in. Stay tuned to the next version of the app which will include lots more functionality.
