What better way to find out if one of our listings is worth buying than to stay in the house! Well, we did just that. The seller of this vacation townhome in Vista Cay Orlando Florida invited us to stay for the Labor Day weekend. This was actually very fitting since our youngest son just turned 6 at the end of August, the same day as the beginning of Labor Day weekend.

So we had first hand experience in discovering the comfort and convenience of this townhouse at 5075 Tideview Circle Orlando Florida Unit 59. Is it a thumbs up or a thumbs down? Well, it gets a thumbs up for us for privacy, easy access to the highways and just down the street from the Convention Center. It is about

a 15 minute drive from the townhouse to the parking lot at SeaWorld and a short drive to Universal. It is a great place to stay if you have business in Orlando because of the ease to travel the toll roads to get to where you need to go.

Now we are real die hard Disney fans and when we do the Disneyworld thing we stay on Disney property using our Vacation club points. Since we are so spoiled with the 1st class customer service of Disney we would not want to stay more than a stone's throw away from any of the Disney parks. But that's us.

It was very comfortable and our son loved climbing up and down the stairs. We don't have stairs in our home so that is always a treat for him and good exersise for me.

You walk into a nice entry with a table that greets you with the happenings around Orlando. Then straight to your left is the one car garage. If you keep walking ahead you will get to the downstairs master bedroom with a complete bathroom and the laundry room is also in this room.

The stairs to the main level are right next to the welcome table. On the main level is an expansive living room area connected with a dining room. There are sliders that you can open out on to a garden view. There is a lot of privacy with this unit. The kitchen is large and has great tall wood cabinets which I really liked. It was easy to use all the appliances. We ate in for breakfast and lunch every day and only went out for dinner. There is a half bath next to the kitchen so you don't have to walk up or down stairs to use the restroom.

Then you walk up the stairs that lead you to the third level, another master bedroom with a large walk in closet, a full bathroom with a soaking tub and then down the hall is the third bedroom complete with a full bath as well. There is a lot of natural light and the unit was set at 76 degrees which proved to be quite comfortable.

We recommend that you take a look at this unit if you are looking for a vacation or business home in Orlando Florida, a permanent home or as an investor to rent this unit out as a vacation rental. There is a full service management office. The Vista Cay includes a fitness room and a resort style pool.
